Self-expression is at the heart of this workshop. We explore how to become one with the work and create a massage that responds to each individual body - diverse, flexible and adaptable. Through movement, we develop fluidity and find a balance between gentle and powerful touch. We learn to trust our inner perception and listen intuitively and lovingly to the needs of another person, creating a sense of mutual wellbeing.
The aim of this intensive two-day workshop is to give you the tools and confidence to offer a full massage with joy. Rather than following a fixed sequence, we allow our own movements and dynamics to guide us towards nurturing strokes, grips and transitions. We explore different rhythms and frequencies while learning how to release the fascia and work with deeper muscular tension.
A central focus is learning to use our own body wisely. Drawing from bodywork, dance and martial arts, we shift our weight with ease and explore how to work in harmony with our arms, elbows, forearms, hands and fingertips. In this way, massage becomes an embodied practice - a continuous exchange of movement, energy and touch.
The workshop is open to everyone who is curious to discover and develop the potential of their own body to support healing and transformation. What moves me most is creating a space where we can inspire and learn from one another.
